Sorry it took a WEEK to get back to you too. I apologize, this was on the lower end of my
priority list and I clearly overlooked it. It won't be like this when we get our
assignment so don't worry, I will be much more responsive and attentive with my
communication from here on out.
We still need one more awesome group member to join our team. If either of you two know
of anyone, please have them send me an email with their information and I'll formally
introduce our entire group to the Professor and to our group. If it comes down to it,
I'll find someone right before the next class and we'll figure it out.

Just trying this out but it looks great. Another thing that I've used for other projects that has really helped is dropbox. I'll create a group folder and invite everyone to join it. This way we can keep all documents synced without having to rely on email.

Deletei was just thinking of using google docs to share files, but dropbox should do the job just fine.
